Sujata:
This verse is not the easiest to translate, but here are a few random
thoughts I have had on the subject.
First of all, this is not a given name, rather name is used in its broader
sense to include fame or recognition, i.e. what the person is like.

A literal translation of each noun has: miracle, counsellor, God, hero (or
mighty one), father, eon, prince, fullness (often translated as peace).
I read this as two intersperced groups of three attributes: Miracle
(supernatural), Counsellor (human), God (supernatural), Hero (human), Father
of Time (supernatural), Prince of Fullness (human).
