Andrew, I trust that you are aware that a large proportion of
Christians, i.e. Roman Catholics, Orthodox, Anglicans, Oriental
churches, hold as authoritative parts of the "Old Testament" (to various
extents and with various different lists of books) a number of books
which are not in the Protestant "OT" and not in the Tanakh. These books
are mostly in the LXX. These people would be upset, and with good
reason, if they took you to mean that they do not understand what it
means to be a Christian, though their understanding may be a bit
different from yours.
