There will be probably massive changes in devel grimoire after suggested
change.
If you remove spell from devel and subsequently you create it, all developers
will
have to download all "new" spell not only small changes.

Perforce is great tool and p4 sync both devel and test really do not obstruct
me.

Of course it is possible.
But I agree with Sergey. Spells should be alpha tested before they appear in
test
grimoire.
Developers are erring too and it is easy to make a mistake that make our users
unhappy.

Now we can immediately labour over devel grimoire. If everythink looks O.K.
only
integrate it to test grimoire.
After suggested change if we want alpha testing we will have to integrate from
test to devel, labour over devel grimoire, after aplpha testing integrate
back to
test grimoire and remove from devel grimoire.
So much work causes developers prefer do not test spells and submit changes
directly to test grimoire.

Of course if you prefer absolute majority of our users use stable grimoire it
is
not problem.
But you must guarantee stable grimoire will be more up to date.

Really all ? ;-))
