I can see where removing most of the spell from devel can be an
inconvience. I have a machine here that only has devel and private
grimoires that I test with. Now to me adding test wouldn't be too much
of a bother as I have a high speed internet connection but it's one more
thing that would have to be updated on it. *shrug*
