Just as a little more clearification for myself, if a bug gets filed against
a
spell in Test, and then fixed in Test, the bug is not marked FIXED if it also
applies to the stable-rc version of the spell, but instead the Version field
is changed from "test grimoire" to "stable-rc", right?
