Its called WIki Page. You/any seed keper created his own wiki page in the
Seedkeepers Wiki.
You enter your data there in whatever format you prefer. You can enter your
contact info also
put this in a group area with password protection. You add an RSS feed for
any/all of your pages
Other seedkeepers do the same with their wikipages. So you can then do wither
of two things:
1) subscribe to the RSS feed for users whose activities you want to keep up
with. Any changes or additions to their
wikipages will be reflected in their RSS feed which you can read with your
RSS news reader (RSS Owl is one of the best).
You can subscribe to all the RRS feeds you want. Group them under a seed
keepers category in your rss reader.
2) The wiki software will allow you to request notification of all changes to any wiki pages you are reading or contributing to, i.e. your own for input from other users, others pages that you submit input to or any that you just browse, read, download from.

data base. Next if the server houses the email of the members who request a seed -- when the requestor for a seed type fills out the query form then availability is shown and blind call for the quantity can then be placed. If no seed of the type is available then an email can be automatically generated to interested parties telling them of the availability when it becomes available. The computer does most of the waiting to see when it is available so you don't have to miss an opportunity -- then a debit can be created to the requestor's account and so on. Might work, seems any java, pearl, or ss language would handle it. Still scratching my head.

If you have extra $hundredthousands to spend you can hire a prorammer to
create this utility for you
as a standalone web application or as a plugin for a blog or wiki. See above
for an already existing free
fully functional way to implement email notification of seed availability.
