The first step for individuals is to recognize the fact that you don;t have
to be locked into
those treadmills, ratraces, jumping through hoops, etc. Stop, be still and
reflect, think about other possibilities.
Move ahead and roll onwards.

Amen to this, I agree completely. This is how the natural agriculture,
natural food and permaculture movements got started.
Tune in, observe, document, preserve and seek out creative alternative
solutions.
