And then, I must ask this: it is my understanding that Kent will still have 'control' of the external SSE exchange network. If that is the case, is there any need or reason for us to start a new one?

If it will help Kent keep that network together then it will be a good thing
to do. We could
provide significant support for what he is doing instead of trying to build a
competing network.
