the more I think about this database project the more it occurs to me that it
might
be far more comprehensive, useful, interesting if we could figure out how to
create
a database that the whole permaculture list could access & enter data at their
leisure. it's probably above my own skills to figure out login,
authorization & to
design a system where one person's entries wouldnt be written over by another.
undoubtedly, someone else has those skills. on the other hand it would be
very easy
to generate a tremendous amount of data that is sometimes very difficult to
find. I
realize in a way that this is shooting for the stars, but if many are
interested in
the same data, then it would mean that we all wouldnt have to duplicate data.

or maybe there is someway to mirror the pfaf.org database & design something
that
would be interchangeable, where the info could be ported from one to the
other.
