Maybe easiest to explain in code we might have

class Locale:
int lat
int long
String country-code

I suppose you would derive climatic "zone" in a particular country by
converting lat/long to
(in US) USDA Zone?

Bioregions matchingBioregions
Conditions matichingConditions

Would you want to add Biome to this list?

class Habitats: pass
