I have not seen anyone else indicating that two of us are "holding things up," or that some of us are not "with the program," or that some of us should "get the hell out of our way," or that "get(ting) together as a team" means doing what you want us to do (or else) in certain situations.

This is a group effort, not your personal project to issue edicts on whenever you disagree sufficiently with a group decision on some aspect of the project.

If we were using majority voting - or even 2/3 majority voting - instead of somewhat-consensus, we would already have completed these platform decisions and be into specifying and developing - and not on ibiblio, at least not yet.

Chad's proposal to start with zope on arashi and migrate to ibiblio was afaik agreed to by all but yourself as a reasonable "compromise" strategy that would meet both project and individual needs.
(It was *not* a proposal to start on arashi and "do god knows what later." That appears to be your interpretation, but that is neither the wording nor intent of Chad's proposal.)

I agreed only reluctantly because of my opinion on buying someone else a server.
However, I did in fact agree that if Stephanie et al want to spend their time raising funds to buy ibiblio a server, without impacting our development funding, that I would consent to that happening.

You are the only person in the group holding the position "ibiblio now or else" and using it to block any other options. IMO this is "holding things up."
This gets you what you want eventually anyhow - why do you reject it?

Given the considerable conversations we have gone through on this issue to date, given everyone else's positions to date, and given that Chad's proposal gets you what you want eventually anyhow, I view your current blocking with "ibiblio now or else" as abuse of consensus process.

A fundamental difference between my position and Chad's is that I support you choosing to leave the project if you do not get your way on the ibiblio hosting issue - though with Chad's proposal and others' efforts you will get it eventually anyhow.
In other words, I am not willing to compromise on group/project platform choices because of one individual's choice to depart the project if their particular needs are not exactly met.
