Thanks everybody for help.
The weather was hot today and the tree turned to
worse.

I removed most of the branches with foliage.
Hope this will help the tree to recover if this is
temporary condition affecting roots.
If the cause is something else this won't make
condition worse anyway.
I'll let you know if the tree recovers.

Looked around on Internet for tree drowning symptoms.
Circumstances point to this problem.
In my case there was no leaves discoloration.
I removed mulch around the tree to dry the soil.
