Here's my list, as best I can recall

Apple- close to 50 varieties
Pear - about 15 Euro, 10-12 Asians
Mulberry - 6 or more named selections
Peach - 4 or 5
Plum - 4-6
Pie Cherry - 2
Black Walnut - 8 varieties, numerous seedlings
Heartnut - 2 varieties
Butternut - seedlings
Pecan - 20+ varieties, hundreds of seedlings
Hickory -20+ varieties, numerous seedlings
Chestnut - Colossal, Dunstan hybrid seedlings, American seedlings
Persimmon - 15+ Americans, 8-10 Asians, 2 hybrids, multiple seedlings
Pawpaw - few grafted selections, named-parentage seedlings
Oak - several grafted selections, numerous seedlings of low-tannin or large-acorn selections
Che - 1
Mayhaw - half-dozen varieties
Quince - 1 variety, several seedlings
Hardy Kiwi
Blueberry - numerous highbush, rabbiteye, and southern highbush types
Gooseberry - Pixwell
Jostaberry - 1

Assorted other stuff - C.mas seedlings, C.kousa seedlings, Carpathian walnut, Trifoliate orange, etc.
