This will be the first year I will try to grow this purple cauliflower.  I just got the seed yesterday.  It has been on backorder for months.  Is it too late to plant it for a spring crop or should I just wait and try to plant it this fall?  I read it does better in the fall.  Does anyone have experience with this variety.

I will be transplanting my other cauliflower this weekend.

Thanks,
Jay

I just found in my old notes that 5/14 was too late to start Graffiti here (it is later than some other varieties), but there's still considerable time between now and 5/14, so I wouldn't think it's too late to start transplants now for a fall crop.

I stopped growing it mostly because it didn't have much demand at my markets and was later than the others I grow (I aim all of mine for fall crop and usually plant them  out in June), so can't tell you a best start date.
