Title: Re: [Market-farming] Winter Squash Harvest
I used a bordeoux mix this year and alternated spraying with dilute H2O2.  We have terrible disease pressure down here in the deep South.  This spray regimen worked well this year.

Alan - was that a botle bordeux, or do you make your own? Where do you buy your H202 and at what rate do you dilute it? I've been using OXINATE, which, essentially, is the same thing, BUT, if I remember correctly, It costs about $150 per gallon. I have been very surprised, however, to see how much growth increases on senstitive brassicas , like pac choi, when they are treated with OXIDATE BEFORE an outbreak of fungus is seen. This, of course, is playing hell with my desire to be a flat out biological farmer, but this fungus thing has been so bad for the past two seasons... -Allan
