Don't be fools filing lawsuits because in the end only the lawyers get rich.
Money in the farming business is very hard to come by and is far better spent
on things we need to make our families lives better, try building a
biological filter around your land, try two rows of silver maples, they block
out your neighbors pollen and pesticide drift and as they grow you can thin
them out and after 10 years or less the thinnings fetch $100-200 a piece, as
soon as you set a precident over pollen drift it can backfire against you in
unexpected ways better known as the "what goes around comes around syndrome",
be nice to your neighbors and hopefully they will be nice to you and if not
then just ignore them...Bob.
