I hear you about the lawsuits waiting to happen. Perhaps that is the
only way to get any justice in this area. Or perhaps not - given the current
ruling climate.
You have heard about the ruling on the Monsanto vs Percy Schmeiser case
in Canada, yes? I wonder what is happening with that. I know he was
waiting to appeal to see if he got enough support from the rest of us.
