This corn undressing discussion is funny - like ha ha.
Can you imagine walking into a grocery store, opening a loaf of bread and
taking a bite to decide if you like the taste? Have you seen those people
who sample from the bulk bins. I saw the security people arrest somebody
who was 'sampling' one day. This person was convicted of shoplifting.
I gotta laugh. People can smell the melons, tomatoes and apples. But you
can't cut into one to decide if you want to buy it. Why should a customer
be allowed to destroy an ear of corn to decide if they want to buy it? What
other product in the world can be damaged and unsellable before a customer
is required to buy?
Just a thought.
