Jill,
They aren't as good as blueberries, but they are WAY, WAY better
than highbush cranberries (which I have NEVER been able to make edible). I
wouldn't suggest starting with 80 plants, but six ought to give you enough
fruit so you can try them in pie and preserves. I like them, but I add
honey, cinnamon, allspice, and a touch of mace to the pie filling and sugar
and those spices to the preserves. More to the point, the kids liked them.
