Here's one VA farmer who's been on the forefront of no-till since the 80's. <http://www.cedarmeadowfarm.com/default2.html>Cedar Meadow Farm. I met him on the sanet list. He isn't organic, but his methods are certainly more sustainable than conventional ag.
