We use 7' t-posts at 8' intervals and wire a 2x3 at the top between posts,
then drop a piece of heavy twine to each plant and train the plant to a
central leader which is spiraled around the twine as it grows. Lots of work,
but gives good air circulation and control as well as ease of picking.
