Try this-

Steel T-posts every 6 feet or so, with the end posts braced to the one
next to it with a diagonal steel post attatched with special hardware
made for that porpose, or attatched by drilling a small hole for #12
wire and tying the brace post to the two vertical posts. Then bolt wood
(oak or fir) 1x2's or 2x2's (better) horizontal crossbars about 30" long
to each vertical post with u-bolts, starting about a foot above ground
level, and about each foot above that as high as you expect the plants
to grow. Drill small holes through the crossbars near each end, and run
heavy cord or #12 wire through the holes, the length of the bed. The
tension on the wires can be adjusted with turnbuckles or wire
tensioners. This way you have two wires 30" apart for each foot of
height. The plants will be contained by the wires, and you (or your
customers) can easily reach through and pick. All wire ends should be
bent into a loop to avoid scratches on your hands & arms. No tying and
little pruning are required, and the fruit will be kept off the ground.

If anybody's interested, I have a .jpg.

Good luck- Peter
