Hi Marie, We made tomato cages from woven wire. We used 6 feet of wire for
each one. They were tall cages and to keep them from going over in the wind
we used three stakes which we put just inside the cages. You could use
fence wire to actually keep the stakes against the cage and then pounded
them in the ground. The tomato cages will not blow over that way.
