Joan,
Yes, I would wait on sending in the soil sample. Being your budget is
tight, keep in mind that Rock Phosphate (soft or black rock) contains anywhere
from 41% to 48% Calcium. So not only are you getting the Phosphorus, but,
also a significant source of Calcium as well.
