Beware - you easily spend that $25/year you saved after an hour on the
phone with barely-literate tech support. Find the registrar that has a
great UI or record of tech support and customer service, and stick with
them. Oh, and let me know who you go with - I've stuck with register.com
for the past few years just because of my loathing for NSI/Verisign, but
their TS has pretty well sucked for the past five years, after they made
me very happy and surprised with their initial response (they soon canned
the whole team and outsourced it to a company in Nova Scotia, with whom
my experience has been, shall we say, less than stellar). But all the
others I'd tried were worse, which is why I'm still with them.

Anyone managing a database that lacks an understanding of a frigging
primary key deserves to be flogged with seaweed, but somehow many of
the registrars I've used are in that exact predicament. And don't get me
started talking about NSI and their "PGP" support. Feh.
