In the past yes.........

In the future, I wonder if there will be changes to how or if land can pass
from generation to generation.  It should be one of those political issues
homesteaders should stay on top of.

What happened with the farm that passed from my grandmother to my father
and his sister, and what happened when that sister (my aunt) passed it to one
of her daughters is that the farm was deeded to the next generation long
before the person died with use rights for their lifetime.  It leaves the
government completely out of it.

Well, I agree not to use them most of the time.  It really ticks me off that
so many things now have some kind antibacterial this or that in them.  The
most ridiculous ones I can think of are the ones that sanitize the TOILET
BOWL.  Hello !  Are we drinking from this bowl?  Are we washing our hands in
this bowl?  No,,, and the next user undoes the sanitizing.  LOL.

I think kids and shouldn't be afraid get dirty and build up their immune
systems, etc.

On the other hand if there is any truth to the hype or rumors about this
H1N1,,,, a short term temporary period of precaution seems prudent for those
in high risk public areas.  Emphasis on short term.

I found some really nice smelling hand sanitizers, small little squeeze
bottle things. Found that youngest remembered to use them (pretty, small,
smell good) when she'd forget the wipes and handwashing.
