I take 4 size "0" capsules a day.  Then if I have aches and pains during the
day, which I usually do, I take 2 more capsules for that at a time instead of
a commercial pain killer. So the answer is a minimum of 4 and sometimes as
many as 10 or12.

That's really cool.
I hate the taste of passionflower.yuk, but it works for me to get me to
sleep.
I have thought about doing this for passionflower so I don't have to deal
with the teas. It grows wild here and I collect it for teas. Encapsulating
it
would be awesome, and of course, I could use it for turmeric, too.

How many turmeric pills do you take, and what size capsule?

"0" capsules. It does 50 at a time. You have to seperate the halves
of the capsules and put one half in the holder, then put what you are
capluling
in and use a tamper to pack it and then put the cap on.

Bob; it's always been this way. There has always been a class at the bottom
that can barely get by. I think that class is getting bigger, while the rich
get richer. I'm with Bev...there isn't much of a middle class anymore (where
do you draw the line at the bottom of 'middle class'? I suspect many on this
list don't make the cut). It's the 'haves' and the "have nots". Since the
rich run everything, there's not much the lower class can do (except elect
Obama, haha).
