How, in refernce to a water ram, could this be , or not be, possible?

What about a pipe with metal "wings" or a

the pipe?

Maybe a paddle wheel could run a pump to move a very small
amount of
water up the the surface or into the house.

A ram pump requires head and flow; the comibnation of the two determines delivery volume and pressure. The source water is typically at least several feet above the ram pump. Such a condition is impossible in that forty-foot tube down to an underground stream.
