You normally don't participate in our political discussions , Sage. So, I'll
let Lynn , or someone else, give you a non-political reason the gov't needs,
for supposed security reason, to identify, and track preactically every
animate and inanimate object in the world, including 'me' .

I think centralized gov';t simply ,always, demands more and more control.
But, I think Lynn is fairly familiar , atleast with the NAIS stuff __ Now
both are kind of being combined ....bobford
