No. Being a member of the NAR requires you pay the fee to join and be licensed in your own state. There is no further education or ethics required than that.

breathe and pay the fee for the license.

Realtor(R) is different. A Realtor(R) is a real estate agent who holds an
endorsement from the National Association of Realtors. It is supposed to set
high standards, professional conduct, etc. etc. Supposed to.
