Maria, you haven't a clue what Vogler was doing or if he ever was at that guys house. That particular story didn't come out until the guy was going to be arrested for murder and then he came up with this story and called shooting someone in the back of the head self-defense. Sheesh, I suppose you'd believe the guy in Texas committed suicide by hitting himself in the back of the head with a hammer, too.

And, what, you figure the U.S. is going to sponsor the guy to bring his case before the UN? It is the US that broke the law to begin with.

You're right. Vogler was just buying the plastic explosives from the
ex-con. The AIP thinks that Vogler was executed so that he couldn't
schlep Alaska independence before the UN with Iran's backing. Vogler
was definitely talking to the Iranians. Politics makes strange
bedfellows, etc.

Oh for crying out loud. He wasn't blown up. An ex-con called up and
confessed to SHOOTING and killing Vogler. HE, the ex-con, was blown up by
plastic explosives when he barracaded himself in his house and set it on
fire. HE, the ex-con, SURVIVED the explosion and then recanted his
confession. However, a year and a half later Vogler's remains were found
wrapped up in a blue tarp like the ex-con described.
