I completely gave up caffeine a number of years ago. I don't know if it is
"good" or "bad" in general. I drink diet caffeine free Dr. Pepper when I
drink soft drinks with an occasional regular caffeine-free Coke if I want a
sugar jolt. We use caffeine free tea bags for our iced tea. I quit drinking
coffee , altogether, about 2-3 years ago --I don't even drink decaf coffee.
I use to drink 12-15 cups of coffee per day.

Going completely decaf has worked for me; now I just need to cut back on the
pork fat.....bobford
