I read a while back that the water issue is a double whammy, since so much of Atlanta's power comes from hydro-electric and the rivers are so low. Last August they were down to 30 days supply, which got better with the fall rains. Can you imagine a city of millions not able to flush? Or drink? I wonder what will happen this summer if the drought trend continues.
