I've eaten rattlesnake. It's OK. That same sort of reptilian/amphibian type
meat like frog legs and turtle. Not nearly as good as alligator.
But one thing to overcome with copperheads is that they really stink.
Probably woldn't affect them as a food animal, but the things reek dead or
