Yep! That's him, Tom Gray. I have some saved posts too on a hard drive, but that hard drive is sitting on a shelf and not in a computer. :-( I kept the HD because I have intentions of someday firing up that drive and getting them off. A lot of my saved TVO posts and all my stuff from the cheese makers list are on that drive also. By the time I get around to it, the drive will probably be so old that I won't own a computer that even will be able to access it. Oh, well.
I parted ways with AWEA quite a while ago because we had two very different approaches to advancing wind power. Their focus seemed to be how can we get government subsides so existing technology can compete with fossil fuels and I thought it should be how can we use emerging technology to get wind energy to the point where it doesn't need government subsidies to compete.

Bev,
I don't know if Hugh was on that list or not, but the guy who ran that list
(Tom something) was a biggie in AWEA -- American Wind Energy Association.
Tom also ran the wind list. So, there is a connection there somewhere. You
have a good memory. :-)

Tom Gray?I went back through some saved posts in my binders..
Yeah, I tried to glean things from that list, but it was often too
technical for my brain, and at the time, I was more interested in
learning about goats that windmills..lol
