We would have gotten more money IF the chicken yard
had been converted to a soybean field. But my parents
did not do that. They would never make decisions
based on nothing but economics.
On my own farm I am already planning to take ag land
out of production for the kind of individual projects
that we all prefer.
I am not a fan of industrial scale agriculture. "Agri
is a culture not a business".
