More power will do more and heavier jobs. But, Warren, my understanding of
what the DeWalt guy told me is that heat, not overheating, shortens battery
life. He talked about how we in Phoenix should not leave our batteries in
garages that go over a hundred degrees in summer. The longer the batteries
are above a warm temp, the shorter they live. So power versus longer
battery life is one of the tradeoffs we should consider.

Of course none of us are not one of those, but I think about the builder
guys who, on a hot Friday afternoon, stop off at the local pub for several
cool ones, leaving the truck with the toolbox parked in the Phoenix sun.
