Both taught that Christ had fullfilled the Law of Moses. Peter was much
more of a traditionalist than Paul, who was, in addition to being a Jew, a
citizen of Rome. Peter believed that many (not all) of the old forms
should
still be followed, even though the law had been fulfilled, Paul believed
that is
was better to just follow the Laws as Christ had established them, and not
add more. All of this was after, of course, Paul's conversion.
