I have to admit, I don't understand the notion of "devel", because I don't
see how anyone can use FreeTDS without at least linking. That's OK, though;
I don't have to understand everything.

I think I get it. It's a step forward. Until now, you didn't get the UG
unless you got the sources.

As things stand, FreeTDS doesn't install the UG when you run "make install".
It just leaves userguide.tgz parked in doc/. If "make install" were to put
the UG in, say, /usr/share/doc/freetds/userguide/, would you be inclined to
include it in the base RPM?

Does anyone else think that's a good idea? A bad one?
