Martin, do the FreeTDS logs show anything interesting? You might want to
post the TDSDUMP and TDSDUMPCONFIG logs here (take care with the passwords).
That might uncover something. If it doesn't, we can add more bread
crumbs....

At the very least, we should be able to discover where we're looking for the
servername and what name we think we're looking for.

Do you get source code with StarOffice?
