I think that this is unnecessarily contorted and won't probably result
in a useful source-availability requirement.

Please do not contribute to license proliferation with "homebrew"
copyleft licenses. I strongly recommend adopting well-known and
widely-used licenses, especially when a copyleft mechanism is desired:
the GNU GPL is the most important and used strong copyleft license with
source-availability requirement, please avoid placing works into an
incompatible pool...
