I didn't intend to slight freedomdefined.org, it just didn't cross my
mind. I was thinking of Debian, FSF and OSI. But actually a "credible
organization" has said (at least implicitly through use) that BY and
BY-SA are free -- Wikimedia. So I was wrong in any case.
