To see where the files in a package belong you can type
tar -ztvf kbd.tgz | less or if you install with installpkg
less /var/log/packages/kbd. Sometimes an install.sh script
moves files around from their original location.
/usr/bin/lodakeys
(/usr/bin/loadkeys - can't back up with 'mail').
/usr/lib/kbd/keymaps/i386/qwerty/yourkbd.map.gz
I also don't know how to include the original message with 'mail'
but thanks for your kind comments on my resume.
