I just read David's post. Should be in the manpage, don't you
think?

I've never heard of having to hold down shift to cut&paste for
any app.

I'm starting to get used to it. Does great FTP browsing too,
I must admit. Now that I know how to c&p with it, it's looking
a lot better. And it allows you to selectively download and
display images in seperate windows so the process doesn't get
in the way.
