Have you tried the same setup with Steven's 2.2.26 kernel and Christof's sound package for BL3? Can you push a play button on the CD-ROM drive and get sound out?

I'm using DSL 1.5 frugal.
So far I can't play .wav or ,mo3 files, or music CDs.

Help, please.

The speakers do make a sort of click upon loading DSL, when the Sondblaster
16 is detected.
