Here is what I get from that file. There is no ISO to be seen in the output.
Is it OK to burn/mount this file ?

vijay@box:~$ file /mnt/hda3/bl2.10-2880.img

Mounting the resulting CD is<br>another story. :) You should be able to just
rename the .img file to<br>.iso and burn away. To be sure, try<br><br>file
image_name_here.img<br><br>If the output says ISO 9660 filesystem or
