Those are in BL3.

Those are installed when you pkg icewm.tgz

That one's missing.

Save a copy of libXt from Slackware 4.0. Then:
(1) install BL3 to HD
(2) put libXt in /usr/X11R6/lib
(3) install the icewm package
(4) run the wp8 installation routine
(5) figure out which busybox binaries are failing
(6) install the full versions of those binaries
