I would appreciate if you could do so and update the list of mirrors with
3.5 and 7.1. I had been using planetmirror for both.

I recall having to update ncurses in order to use 'screen' from SW80, so I
guess you need to update additional libraries not just glibc. The newer
ncurses was of course larger. I see why uClibc is needed.

So you could run just statically compiled programs and have NO libraries?
But probably need a larger hard disk to hold the larger programs.
Do such programs include the entire library or just part of it?

Defragment the DOS partition before creating the swap file. Will it then
stay in one piece next time you defragment?

Very handy. I will experiment with this. I have plenty of space in BL2
to make a swap file.

I presume you would need to first mount the drive it appears on.
