Martyn, that LINUXOS page you are getting is probably LILO, the Linux booter. If you have a Windows bootdisk with FDISK, and you can get to your D: drive, type fdisk /mbr, but if you don't want to do that, and you have re-installed LindowsOS, then you can edit the lilo.conf file to set a bigger delay to get into Windows. ^_^ Hope that helps
