I did get this table. It never entered my mind that 'mkacct' is an FEP
command. I thought I was supposed to enter some string that my computer
uses for an FEP command. I must be too used to my bbs asking people to
enter their delete character, and their kill character, and their terminal
type, but I had no idea how to enter my FEP command.

What is FEP anyway?
